We had a work dinner planned in our home yesterday evening. 7AM the power goes out. Waited until 3PM to tell Chef Chris. He doesn’t miss a beat and says “the show must go on!” We light up tons of candles, get a few battery operated lights and hook up a generator to run his sous vide. He improvises the rest and works his magic. The food and presentation was phenomenal. And he’s entertaining too! Looking forward to next time already!
